We actually studied other high performing stocks (thousands of them over decades) and found a ton of commonalities (oftentimes simply math and time based) to uncover common traits for high performing stocks.

With the average trend of a strong but orderly super-cycle often lasting 12-15 months or longer, we want to catch these early before the general trading community spots them and get in before the crowd.

With some of these super cycles generating 500-1000% or more (on just the stock, not the options) this strategy allows us to get into these trades early using our momentum and stock cycles strategies.

Stocks that produce dramatic gains, contrary to popular opinion, don't usually do it in random fashion. In fact, many of these have highly specific momentum ratings on their breakouts. This resembles the "Bellows Effect" above where price is squeezed tightly into converging areas of support and resistance (a very tight Bollinger Band squeeze for you technicians). We use not only a stock scoring system to find the best of the best stocks, but specific cycle criteria to thin the herd. Our proprietary BMI and Vector indicators are the best way we know to shine a light on the next potential big movers.
